Dan Feinberg is an information technology strategist and consultant with Motivf. He has over 30 years’ experience in the design, development, operation, and sustainment of enterprise-class geographic information systems and location intelligence capabilities.
Over his career, Feinberg has worked at the intersection of CAD, BIM, and GIS, helping clients understand the data, technologies, standards, and processes that best apply across the built infrastructure and architecture, engineering, construction, and operations (AECO) lifecycles. Feinberg has worked with federal, state, and local government, commercial and nonprofit clients and has deployed CAD, BIM, GIS, and digital twin capabilities and solutions for large infrastructure projects and programs in the energy, transportation, and utility sectors.
Motivf is a consulting firm offering human-centered design, culture and change management, geospatial, and technology services, including digital transformation and digital twin development. It is an active member of the Digital Twin Consortium.
Feinberg has been active in several Digital Twin Consortium working groups, including the AECO, Mobility and Transportation, and Composability Working Groups. He is a certified TOGAF Enterprise Architect, Registered Scrum Master, and Certified Scaled Agile (SAFe) 6 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
