Chas Peppers, AIA - Chas is a leader within SOM Research + Innovation team. For over two decades, he has practiced as an Architect and Project Manager and has a wide range of experience including projects in the disciplines of architecture, urban design and interior design. He has managed projects that have been built in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He has a Masters of Architecture degree from Columbia University and is a member of the AIA and ULI NY mixed-use building council.
Since 2021, Chas has led the operations of SOM Research + Innovation efforts. This includes managing multiple on-going exploratory projects and products that seek to change the way in which we design, engineer, and build in the future.
