Cindy Baldwin, CGC, LEED AP, CM-BIM, CM-LEAN, is Founder and President of VDCO Tech Inc. with over 32 years of diverse AECO industry experience. She is nationally recognized for her expertise in SMART, LEAN, PRACTICAL BIM and virtual design and construction processes and implementation strategies.
Baldwin has a proven track record of leading her teams of BIM and construction professionals, subcontractors, and design professionals, all while fostering strong client relationship. Her key strengths lie in reducing risk for her clients and enhancing production efficiency.
Growing up in the construction field under her father's guidance, Baldwin became a Certified General Contractor, LEED Accredited Professional (AP), and notably, the first person in Florida to achieve CM-BIM certification. She is an approved instructor for the Associated General Contractors of America's BIM and LEAN Certification Classes, covering both CM-BIM and CM-LEAN topics.
Baldwin serves as the Women in BIM Florida USA Regional Lead and holds positions on the Executive Committees of the U.S. Institute of Building Documentation (USIBD) and buildingSMART USA. In these roles, she chairs the Data Committee, USA Airport and Healthcare Workgroups, and acts as the liaison with the Digital Twin Consortium.
