Cheryle Cranbourne has been involved in a range of BIM-related projects including municipal buildings, large-scale transit infrastructure, retail, and hospitality. She focuses on devising and implementing VDCO/BIM project standards and workflows both internally at LiRo and externally with large government agencies. She consults on driving the most value out of BIM- based projects by assessing owners’ operations processes and augmenting them with innovative solutions and asset information management frameworks.
Cranbourne has experience working on all phases from design through construction and operations. As a VDCO leader at LiRo, she is involved in BIM hiring, technology implementation and development, 3D modeling, visualizations, reality capture, enhanced data processes, and the practical utilization of digital twins. She also has a wide variety of experience in the design field and provides technical and graphical support to project teams. She is a co-author of the book, Implementing Virtual Design & Construction Using BIM (Routledge, 2016).
