Kurt Maldovan

Global Solution Director, Digital Delivery, Jacobs

Kurt Maldovan serves as Digital Delivery Global Solutions Director at Jacobs with a focus on enabling world-class design delivery through digital tools and processes that support the entire lifecycle of planning, design, construction, operations, and decommissioning.

Maldovan actively has been engaged with academic outreach and research, including the advisory board for Penn State's BIM Project Execution Planning Guide (PxP) and the BIM Planning Guide for Facility Owners and USACE Industry BIM Consortia. Maldovan also is an instructor for the Associated General Contractors of America BIM Education program.

Maldovan is a graduate of Penn State University's Architectural Engineering Program with a focus on Construction Management. He has published seven industry articles as a member of the Computer Integrated Construction research team and been a featured presenter, panelist, or moderator at over 60 national and international conferences. He serves on the Lean Construction Institute’s D.C. Metro Community of Practice Core Group and is on the Board of the Society of American Military Engineers Washington, D.C. Post. While at Jacobs, Maldovan has spearheaded the formal inception of Digital Delivery, established a community of practice, and built an employee advancement program.
