As a skilled technologist, Niles assists owners and their partners in developing, innovating, and implementing technology to improve all elements of design through construction and into operations to promote the digital building lifecycle.
As a technology consultant, Niles is the owner's representative for digital transformation. To better communicate project challenges, improve team engagement and eliminate rework, he develops strategy and recommendations for the implementation of various construction technologies, such as virtual design and construction, building information modeling (BIM), augmented, virtual, and mixed reality (AR/VR/MR), robotics, and reality capture (laser scanning, photogrammetry).
