Amrish Patel joined Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc. (SGH) in 2006. He has experience investigating, rehabilitating, and designing building enclosure systems and specializes in roofing and waterproofing. Patel has significant experience in designing building enclosure systems for high-performance buildings, evaluating energy performance of enclosure assemblies, and monitoring new construction and repairs. In addition, Patel regularly investigates building failures due to water leakage and moisture control problems, as well as water damage to building systems. His work experience includes residential, commercial, and institutional buildings, parking structures, plazas, schools, hospitals, and many other types of structures in the public and private sectors.
